Hi!
I'm Luca, a dancer, yoga teacher, plant lover and proud (yet sometimes impatient) mom of a 9 year-old.
I lead a dance school, the Dancetination Studio, in Budapest. I'm a freelance dancer, participating mostly in street art, light painting and circus projects. Recently I started to fall in love with foraging and plants and have started to learn herbalism and making plant themed masks and jewelleries. (No, I don't sleep too much :D )
I think the most important thing in any kind of training (and in life itself) is to feel good, without suffering, competing, struggling. I love just pure (sometimes maybe sweaty) joy.
No matter if it's dancing, yoga, fitness, hiking, running or cycling, if you can keep smiling during practice, you're good to go :)
