You can access your home workouts through this portal. If you want to join the classes and the GoMomGo community, you can register for these on our website. After entering a few personal details, you will receive an activation link via email and you will be able to access your own profile page. To follow your community on a daily basis, join our Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/gomomgo.official

Registered members with a valid subscription can join in any of the classes at the click of a button through the gomomgo.com portal. To do this, log in and click on your name in the upper right corner. If you have purchased more than one of our products, you can switch between the products by clicking on your name in the upper right corner.

Our trainers do workouts specifically for moms with young children. Everything is explained in detail, and shown from several angles, so all workouts can be performed from the comfort of your own living room. Each class is designed specifically for home exercise.

If you watch at least 75% of the video for a class, you can mark whether you have completed the lesson after closing the class exercise window. If you answer yes to this question, an extra point will appear on your achievements board. If you keep collecting these points, you will receive recognition according to your fitness level.

This is your own personal page. Once logged in, you will automatically be taken to this page, and from other pages you can get back to your profile page by clicking on your name in the top right corner. Here you will find all the information you have provided us and this is where you can start the workouts available to you. You can see previously purchased products and currently running services. You can also see your performance so far and your achievements.

You can only pay by credit card through the portal. If you have any questions about the subscription, please write a message to hello@gomomgo.com .

We believe in the power of community so our programs begin on a specific day for all participants. You can join a program anytime before the start date but the first workout will only be available on the start date. Until then, you have to wait :) Once the program has started, you can still join us until the end of the first week, but the classes you already missed will not be available anymore.

Check out your weekly timetable to see the class availability schedule. Except for the first 4 weeks of the Postnatal program, this is the weekly rhythm: 1st class: Monday 0:00 AM - Tuesday 12:00 PM (48 hours) 2nd class: Wednesday 0:00 AM - Thursday 12:00 PM (48 hours), 3rd class: Friday 0:00 AM - Sunday 12:00 PM (72 hours).

You will see your timetable in advance. Once the 48/72-hour availability expires, the video is removed and a new video will be displayed. You will always have access to a training session though, there is no idle time.

You do not have access to a video once it expires. However, a new class will be available for you instead.

We get it. Life sometimes gets in the way. However, if you miss a class it disappears forever. Don’t worry though...if you miss a week or two you can always jump in and complete the current training, knowing that classes get gradually more challenging. If you do not have a chance to return to the program for a long time, it might be better to consider canceling your subscription.

With a valid subscription you have access to the classes for 4 weeks. You can pay with a credit card for the first 4 weeks and then your subscription will automatically renew as long as you do not cancel it. This will enable you to have continuous access to the classes for the duration of the program. You can always cancel your subscription at any time.

Every 4 weeks the system will automatically charge your credit card with the monthly fee unless you cancel your subscription.

No, payments are performed through Stripe and meet all the strict regulations to keep payments safe and reliable.

Click on your Profile (name in the upper right corner) and select the Settings menu item. You can check the validity of your current 4-week subscription in the Billing tab.

No, you will have access to all weekly videos from the 4-week subscription you already paid for.. Cancellation applies starting with the following 4 week block of classes.

You can purchase a new product if you cancel your subscription. Please note however, that programs start on a limited number of days per year and you will have to wait for the next start date to join the program again.

If, for some reason, the program does not meet your expectations, send us an email during the first week of the program and we’ll refund you the fee you paid. It’s that simple.

No, it’s totally up to you. Feel free to participate in it, or just follow it in silence, or not join the group at all. However, the more active members, the bigger the fun!
