Hi! My name is Flóra and I have been teaching Pilates for 13 years.
I am also a mom of one son and one daughter.
I was introduced to Pilates during my dance career, and soon felt that I needed to learn it from top to bottom, because it helped tone my body and improve my performance tremendously.
I completed my Pilates teacher training both for Mat and for the Apparatus with BASITM, and have been working as a comprehensive trainer in Budapest. I lead beginner, intermediate and advanced classes, and also have years of experience teaching special populations, like the elderly, rheumatic patients, and pre / postnatal mothers.
