ABOUT US

No fitness gurus. No judgement. No toxic body shaming. No fancy fitness outfits. We’re just finding a fun and effective way to reclaim control over our health and fitness. GoMomGo is an international online fitness community offering online exercise classes to moms with babies and kids. We are moms too! We completely understand how hard it is to balance the needs of your kids with your own self care. We all need me-time and to prioritize our own health so we’ve created a supportive community of authentic trainers and realistic goals so it IS possible to have an active and healthy life as a mom! We are Nóra and Kati, two mothers with a combined total of 5 kids. Our online exercise program has been tested and adored in Hungary where we are currently helping over 45,000 registered moms. We think that no matter where you live and what language you speak, the difficulties of motherhood and the struggle to regain your stamina and fitness are universal after giving birth. We aren’t native English speakers and you don’t have to be either. We just use English as a common language to connect, share, and support each other in this very special and fragile period of life. The first moms' exercise channel, which has since grown into a thriving online movement and community, was born of Nóri's personal commitment and enthusiasm.

As a mum of three kids, I know all too well that often it's simply impossible to get out of the house and exercise. However, if you can work out at home - and get your household chores done in the background - the only thing you have to skip is worrying that you're not wearing the latest and trendiest gym outfit and that someone might see that your hair is still a mess. I shared my workout routines online for myself: it helped me get back on track and start exercising regularly again. It still motivates me that I can share my daily battles with my body with other moms who are in the same boat as me.

What kind of exercise classes can you choose from?

From the 6th month after childbirth you can start exercising with us. You will find workout types corresponding at different fitness levels. Abdominal and pelvic muscle regeneration, spine training, yoga, Pilates, dance classes, strengthening and dynamic cardio-shaping workouts are available every week.

Why you should join

We know life is very busy, but we encourage you to make time for yourself. We all need a little me-time, when we can recharge ourselves and gain new momentum during motherhood. Just turn on your computer, tablet or smartphone and you're ready to go! Our virtual gym will help you look after your body within the cosy confines of your home.
